By accessing or using Vegan Vibe Check (the "Service"), operated by Vegan Vibe Check LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What you're purchasing
Vegan Vibe Check offers a free tier and a one-time paid unlock ("Lifetime Access") granting full access to all features described on the Service at the time of purchase. Lifetime Access is a single, one-time payment — not a subscription, and not billed on a recurring basis.
2. What "Lifetime Access" means
"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of Vegan Vibe Check as a service — for as long as we continue to offer it — not the lifetime of the purchaser, and not an unconditional guarantee independent of the business's continued operation. If we discontinue the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users in advance where practical, but we are not obligated to maintain the Service indefinitely or to provide compensation beyond what's described in our refund policy below.
3. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Vegan Vibe Check within 30 days of your purchase, contact us at hello@veganvibecheck.com and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to share your paid account access with others, attempt to circumvent the free/paid access system, or use the Service in any unlawful or abusive manner. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, at our discretion.
5. No medical or professional advice

6. Changes to the Service
We may modify, add, or remove features from the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vegan Vibe Check and its owner/operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us; see our Data & Security page for what this does and does not remove.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
